We take a perfect Idaho potato, mix it with eggs, butter, Romano
cheese, salt, pepper and then whip it. We then add a combination
of Durham flour and Semolina flour, for a light but firm gnocchi

Prepared as our traditional gnocchi, but with the addition of
coarsely ground wilted spinach

Ricotta
Filled Gnocchi
A five cheese blend of Imported Parmigiano cheese, Pecorino Romano
cheese, aged Asiago cheese combined with Mozzarella, and fresh
Ricotta cheese & spices, piped into a traditional Potato Gnocchi

Fresh Idaho potatoes: peeled, chopped, cooked and ground,
mixed with eggs, butter, Romano cheese, salt and pepper,
and then whipped to make our Gnocchi lighter and smoother
than other Gnocchi. We then add a combination of Durham
and Semolina flour, and shape them (with and without
the traditional fork marks) for that authentic look
and a beautiful texture to better capture your sauce.
Our
signature product, our Stuffed Gnocchi, creates both
a unique and flavorful alternative to traditional Ravioli.
These make great appetizers as well as main courses,
allowing you to create your own signature dish by adding
one of your premier sauces to one of our nine Filled
Gnocchi flavors. They are also delicious deep-fried
and served with a dipping sauce.
